Bio

Haitham received the PhD degree in Accounting from Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania, in September 1997. He started his professional career at Sadat Academy for Management Sciences in Egypt (1998-2005). He is currently employed as Assistant Professor of Finance and Accounting at Royal Commission for Jubail& Yanbu (RCJY) in Saudi Arabia, (2005-Present). His professional interests focus on university teaching, vocational training, financial and management consulting, business mentoring, academic research, and translation. He is currently teaching accounting and finance Courses (AD, BS and Executive MBA programs) at Royal Commission Yanbu Colleges and Institutes (RCYCI). He is also trainer and consultant at the Center of Business and Technology Incubators – RCYCI. He participated as 'Field-Study Supervisor in 3 projects with the Economic Planning Department at RC Yanbu. He is Editorial Board Member at ELK Asia Pacific Journal of Finance in India, Editorial Board Member at The Macrotheme Review in France, Peer Reviewer at China-USA Business Review and Chinese Business Review in USA, and, Translation Reviewer at Comms Multilingual Co. in UK. He published 10 research papers, 2 articles, and 4 textbooks. He was honored with 5 certificates of appreciation and excellence from the top-management of RC Yanbu. He owns and manages a self-employment bureau for training and consultancy services in Cairo, named 'Consultancy Bureau for Accounting and Management CBAM' (www.cbamtcr.wix.com/cbam).
