Dr. D G Hanumanthappa is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the P.G Department of Political science, Rani Channamma University (RCU) Belagavi, Karnataka. He is the denizen of Chitradurga district of Karnataka state, India, finished his Masters from Kuvempu University, Shimoga and Ph.D from University of Mysore in Political Science respectively.

He is author of Two books “Exoteric Issues (Collections of Articles) and” Vista of Human Rights (Human Rights’ watch dogs), and he has been a regular contributor to various Journals of national and international fame. And also he has been Presented Research Articles National and International Seminars/Conferences in India and Abroad. His specializations are E-Governance, Public Administration and Indian Political System.

He is firmly committed to contribute his best to the academic development of students in his specialized areas.
